Sales Administrator

As a Sales Administrator you will:

• Possess a variety of computer skills, including experience of operating word processing and database packages, spreadsheets, email and internet
• Complete all administrative tasks required to complete a vehicle sale, from ordering a new vehicle through to the delivery. • Ensuring accurate invoicing of all sold vehicles
• Complete and submit relevant forms via AFRL to conform to legislation (V55, Vehicle Tax).
• Check and maintain reports, including vehicle debtor report, demo stock report and used stock report, on a timely basis                                                                                                          
• Possess a courteous and friendly telephone manner
• Maintain a systematic filing system for prompt retrieval of documentation.
• Maintain effective liaison with all members of a large sales team, forming a strong sense of teamwork within the sales department, and ensure accurate and timely feedback of information to appropriate persons.
• Delivering excellent customer service, and conducting yourself in a professional manner when interacting with customers both in person and on the telephone
• Undertake other tasks and responsibilities, including training courses, as requested by the Sales Manager.
• A working knowledge of Kerridge Dealer Management System would be a distinct advantage.
