All new Audi models come with three years’ complimentary roadside assistance, while every Approved used Audi has a year’s cover as standard.

Should you breakdown, we have a service that is ready to assist and get you back on the road as soon as possible and operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week so help is always on hand.

In conjunction with the AA, Audi Roadside Assistance provides you with the support of qualified Volkswagen Group technicians in specially-equipped vehicles.

INSURANCE

We recognise that your car represents a significant investment – one that you might want to protect with some of the flexible policies available from Audi Insurance – all of which are designed specifically for your Audi and with you in mind, with additional features and benefits as standard.

MOTOR INSURANCE

Audi’s three-year, fixed price car insurance means that your premiums will remain the same for the duration of the policy and will only alter if your circumstances change.

This fully comprehensive cover runs for 12 months at a time and a renewal notice will be sent to your home to confirm your fixed price for the following year. You’re not even tied in to the policy for the entire three-year duration as, if cover is no longer required, you can just advise us at the time of renewal.

AUDI ENSURANCE

Working alongside your comprehensive motor insurance policy, Audi Ensurance provides free accident and repair cover to get you back on the road without hassle, stress or worry. What’s more, it’s free to Audi owners once activated.

A dedicated claims manager oversees your entire claim from start-to-finish so that you don’t have to and will keep you updated with progress as well as repairs. We’ll even recover your vehicle if necessary. Audi Ensurance guarantees that your car will be repaired by the people who know it best – namely our manufacturer-trained technicians using Audi Genuine Parts and diagnostic equipment.

Legal expenses cover is included too to assist with the recovery of any uninsured losses.
