Our Service Advisors are responsible for delivering and sustaining a fantastic experience for all our service and vehicle repair customers. This is a customer-facing role handling all customer needs in an efficient and professional manner.

This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.

You will liaise with the workshop and technicians to progress work throughout the day and keep the customer informed, also upselling other products where appropriate. Lastly you will maintain customer records such as vehicle details and service histories accurately and efficiently.

As a Warranty Administrator you will be responsible for the submission and monitoring of all Warranty claims for the site. This role works closely with the workshop and service advisor teams and is crucial to ensuring the correct steps are followed to complete warranty work correctly. You will ensure the accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis and ensure recalls are administered and warranty debt is controlled. You will also ensure manufacturer standards are adhered to at all times.

As a Workshop Controller you will lead day to day operations for our busy workshop, supervising and motivating a team of Technicians.

You will ensure that all customer requests are planned for, to ensure an efficient flow of work is carried out in a timely manner. This requires continuous communication between the workshop and Service Advisors to deliver the highest level of service to our customers.

You will have a significant impact on department profitability by ensuring maximum productivity, efficiency, utilisation and upsell.

As a Parts Advisor you will be responsible for handling external and internal customers with sales enquiries for parts, ensuring you identify their needs and supply parts in a timely fashion, always ensuring the highest standard of customer service.

You will assist daily with stock management control to help in the smooth running of the department by ensuring the correct receipt and storage of incoming parts and materials.

You will also pick and distribute parts for the Technicians within the Workshop and assist with parts enquiries from Service Advisors and Sales Teams.

As a Parts Driver you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our Parts Department by delivering parts to our external customers and other sites within our business delivering the highest level of customer service.

You will also assist in picking and packing parts orders to be delivered, completing the required paperwork to confirm receipt or delivery of parts.

As a Parts Tele-Sales Adviser, you will take orders from external customers by phone, you will achieve allocated sales targets, develop and maintain long term relationships with customers and provide expert knowledge, advice and support.

You will maintain your own knowledge levels on new or updated parts through the completion of appropriate training courses and reading information from bulletins, catalogues, parts updates, special offers and recalls so that you can accurately identify parts to meet the customer sales requirements
