Should you be involved in an accident, break down in your vehicle or suffer a puncture, Land Rover Assistance will assist you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, throughout the entire three-year period of your Manufacturer Warranty.

Whether home or abroad, we will assist you in getting you moving to your destination or back home safely – including help with onward travel costs, accommodation or a replacement vehicle if required.

In the event of an accident, we will do all that we can to minimise any inconvenience. We understand the resulting hassle that can occur, which is why our dedicated Accident Services Programme will take care of everything to get you back on the road as quickly and efficiently as possible – from liaising with insurers to collecting your vehicle and arranging any repairs.

HOW DOES THE 24/7 ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE WORK?

With 24/7 Roadside Assistance, our Land Rover customers can call for help anytime, day or night. This service can assist you with various issues, such as a flat tyre, dead battery, or mechanical breakdown, to name just a few. For instance. suppose your vehicle needs immediate repairs that cannot be finished immediately. In that case, the Land Rover Assist service will arrange a tow to your closest authorised dealership or service centre.

 

WHAT IS THE EMERGENCY CALL FUNCTION IN LAND ROVER ASSIST?

In a severe accident where airbags deploy, or seatbelt pre-tensioners activate, the Emergency Call function automatically transmits a signal to the local emergency services. This includes providing your vehicle's location to ensure rapid response to your location.

 

HOW DOES REMOTE ACCESS FEATURE WORK IN LAND ROVER ASSIST?

The Remote Access feature lets you connect to your vehicle using your phone.

With this feature, you can remotely check your Land Rover's status, including fuel level, window, door position, and more. You can also remotely control certain vehicle functions like setting the climate control or locking/unlocking the doors.
