WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR SERVICE?

The service includes a personalised ‘StarView’ video from your vehicle technician outlining details of your vehicle's health check and detailing any required work, no work is ever carried out without customer approval.

Once we receive approval, you'll receive a personalized quotation. The service quotation is composed of two parts: Routine Maintenance, which includes a full inspection and items needed at every service such as an oil/ filter change, and ‘Recommended Additional’ Items*, which are determined by the vehicle's age and mileage. A 'B' service is a little more comprehensive and also includes brake testing and headlamp alignment.

*Recommended Additional Items are needed to follow the Manufacturer’s Recommended Service Schedule. Without them your free Roadside Assistance cover and 30 years perforation and corrosion  warranty will not be renewed.

Pre service check

Prior to your service, we'll conduct a thorough pre-service check to make sure we address any concerns you may have about your Mercedes-Benz. We'll ask if you've noticed anything out of the ordinary with your car, such as strange noises or unusual driving behavior. If you have, we'll make sure to investigate and address those issues during your service to ensure that we fix the problem correctly the first time. If you prefer, you can also provide this information when you book your service online through our convenient MyService booking portal.
