VIDEO HEALTH CHECK

Each vehicle that passes through our workshop receives a free health check looking at items such as tyres, brakes, suspension and exhaust. Our Technicians are now able to record video footage and give you a guided tour of your vehicle providing you with a visual of any items identified requiring attention or simply to inform you that your vehicle is in good health.

KEEPING YOU INFORMED

We believe this innovative option provides transparency in our service whilst giving you enough detailed information to make sure you truly understand your car and its needs.

Your Service Consultant will discuss this new facility with you and ensure that they have the necessary email address to send you your tailored vehicle health check and associated video to be viewed at your convenience. You can even authorise the work online.

A detailed report your car will be completed by a Volkswagen-trained technician using a simple traffic light system:

GREEN: All items in full working order with a clean bill of health

AMBER: Currently safe and legal but may need maintenance in the near future - before the next scheduled visit

RED: Require immediate attention due to being illegal, un-roadworthy or potentially unsafe.
